Well last night I went riding with all the guys here at work we rode about 35 miles all the way to down town and did some urban assault type stuff down there. All was good I was going off of some decent drops and some stairs when I noticed that the rear of my bike was wobbling a little Figured after the drops and stuff I might have knocked it a little out of tru. HAHA yeah I wish that’s al that happened. Well come to find out I snapped 6 spokes, and my rim is screwed. So now I get the fun of building some new rims. We went over 3 bridges that was crazy on the way home I rode a buddy single speed redline because being that he is 160lbs lighter than me I figured it was the safest route, but it was also one of the hardest, I had to ride up those bridges on the single speed ha-ha that sucked real bad I made it up the first 2 bridges without a problem but the last one I only made it half way but I got to 35mph on the way down...Weeeeeee!!
So now I get to drop some money on some new rims that I won’t break I hope this time.
Well a little worried this morning I got on the scale and when I weighted in I was almost 8lbs lighter than yesterday and that shouldn't be because I have lost all of my water weight a long time ago. The only thing I can think of is that this weekend when I went out to celebrate my 100lbs lost I did drink alot and had some mashed potatoes(yummy) and drank some more and more and really didn’t work out until yesterday so maybe the weight was from all the alcohol and potatoes that I ate??? Any suggestions? I still feel fine but I guess we will see! So now my new weight is 346lbs.
Only 6lbs to go by June 23rd to reach my goal!!
