I had a Turkey and Cheese Pita for Breakfast this morning.
For Lunch I had a 6" Salsarita Turkey and cheese sub from Publix.
For dinner I had 2 small lobster tails, steamed veggies, and side salad from Outback.

1 mile 20 minutes on treadmill.
3 miles 15 minutes on stationary bike.
Light weight training for 15 minutes.
