Just me and Jim Today! Had a good tail wind sometimes and a harsh head wind others!!! I held 34 MPH for about a mile on Southside!! It felt great!! Weather was nice but windy. Had a spill at JTB and Gate Pkwy. because I couldn't unclip fast enough. No real damage just my pride.
Its now Pre-Ride week. Time to start preparing for the big event the Lake Nona Tour De Cure!!! It will be my first century ride and Nemours is a silver level sponsor!
