First ride back

Blah. That was tough. Went wanting to do 25 miles. Got dropped and only felt like I could do 10. So I made the 10 mile turn and made it back first lol. Still had fun.

O yeah!!! Had some dental issues that I am still working on and still been riding but not as much due to the heat. I got my new iPhone 4 and wow a lot more.

2010 Bike to Build Wilmington, DE

The ride was awesome!!!! we got sent all the way to DE to work and ride!! It was amazing. Me and Eddie drove up 900~ miles ~13 hours with 6 bike and 3 persons worth of luggage, we worked Wednesday through Friday & Monday and Tuesday and spent the weekend hanging out. I worked a little but had a great time.. Aaron flew up for just the weekend. We had an amazing ride. It was a awesome ride with about ~3000 feet of climbing. It was Me, Eddie, Aaron, & Dale Arnold from Wilmington. It was easily one of the prettiest rides i have ever been on. The 50 miles in this ride was equal to if not harder than the 100 miles in Orlando.

We also did some Mountain biking in DE it was as before an amazing experience!

2010 Jacksonville Tour de Cure

This was a great event! We had a great turn out for Nemours.
J.W., Dana, Eddie, David, Neal, Brian, Christine, Kenny, Todd, Amanda & Paige, Jim, Aaron. On day 1 we did the 68 mile route and on day 2 we did the 12 mile family fun ride. Neal did the 100 Mile on day one & the 60 mile on day 2. It was a blast!

Monday Night Bikes Etc. Ride

Me, Eddie, & Christine! It was a great ride. Eddie did the Bridge! Christine did the entire ride! I made a mad dash at about mile 11 and was never caught! It was a pretty good feeling!

Just me of course! I rode with a few people on and off on the trail. It was an awesome place to ride. I really enjoyed it!

2010 Tour de Forts

Just me and Eddie. Had a really good ride! The weather was on the brink of unleashing the fury the entire time! So because of that it was overcast and beautiful. We rode with the Bikes Etc. folks, Mike, Jen, Liz, & Jim. Had a blast! Did the 61 mile route because the weather was threatening at the end. We only got sprinkled on a few times.

Lunch Ride

Me, Kenny, Aaron, & Sean O’Riley did the 12 Mile Lunch Loop. I made a short cut and only did 11 because I was just doing a 15 MPH AVG recovery ride.

Long Leaf Pine

It was very windy. I think it could have been the windiest I have ever ridden in next to the TDC Orlando. It was Me, Eddie, & Brian. Did a good 31 Mile, 18.5+ MPH AVG ride. Had a great time!

St. Johns Loop

Tonight it was Me, Eddie, & Christian. We did a ~29 Mile loop that we had never done before! We held a good 18-20 MPH pace and had a great time! I will definitely do this loop or a variation of it a lot more!

Monday Night Bikes Etc. Ride

Me, Kenny, & Eddie rode tonight. Dana wasn't feeling up to riding so she stayed at home. It was a nice fast ride, I killed the bridges, it was awesome and fast!

Villano Beach Loop

43 Miles Villano Beach loop with Eddie, & Christian. It was a great ride! I took some pictures of Eddie attacking his first bridge. We averaged 18 MPH and had a great time!

Afternoon ride with Eddie, Brian & 1/5 Dana

Ride started out with Me, Dana, & Eddie. About 1.5 miles into it, it became just me and Eddie! Dana was still really sore and didn't have her bike shorts so she decided to bail this time. But she still did really good. Me and Eddie rode to the back of Jim’s neighborhood and met Brian. From there we did a 16 mile loop down Long Leaf Pine and Veterans Pkwy. It was a really nice route! And man all i can say is that Eddie has improved dramatically!! And Brian is getting really strong! In total me and Eddie did 28 miles.

Monday Night Bikes Etc.

The ride tonight was Me, Dana, & Eddie. We had a nice ride. For me it was a much needed recovery ride. We did the whole 20 Mile route this time and did it at 13.5 MPH AVG. Which is a great improvement from last week!! Next week will be even better! Dana is doing so good! Eddie is doing awesome also, he has gotten really strong!

Tour de Durbin Crossing NFBC

Just me this morning. This was easily my fastest ride ever. I was running about 21 MPH and max AVG’s about 24 MPH. This was an awesome ride! 43 Miles.
